Attended the May Writing course 'Keeping the Writing Going'. Over 32,000 words later I can reveal it worked for me

I too attended this brilliant course. Now my novel is 35,000 words shorter!

Self-editing works, but maybe I overdid it a bit. Now I'm adding new plot threads that I never knew were missing, as they were hiding behind all my darlings (may they rest in peace).
